What you will do

• Own and deliver product features end-to-end from initial concept to deployment.
• Develop clean, scalable, and well-structured fullstack solutions to support a high-growth user base.
• Contribute to the strategic migration of the backend stack from PHP/Laravel toward Node.js and Go.
• Implement and maintain high code quality using TDD, CI/CD, and automated testing with Cypress and Playwright.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and influence the engineering roadmap to improve system reliability.

Requirements

• Strong fullstack experience across both frontend and backend development.
• Proven ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Based in Australia with the ability to work from pet-friendly offices in Sydney or Melbourne.
• Experience with scaling high-growth products and managing technical debt.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
