What you will do

• Execute analytical testing for raw materials, stability samples, and finished products using UV/Vis spectrophotometers, pH meters, and TOC analyzers.
• Perform high-level chromatography using HPLC and GC systems.
• Oversee laboratory maintenance and instrument calibration to ensure constant audit readiness.
• Review QC data and generate technical reports interpreting complex analytical results.
• Support QC Management in conducting Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations, deviations, and CAPAs.
• Manage sample receipt, processing, and distribution for internal and external testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a Pharmaceutical Quality Control environment.
• Proven expertise in testing APIs and/or Finished Dosages.
• Working knowledge of HPLC and GC systems.
• Strong understanding of FDA GMPs (21 CFR 211, 820, and/or 600).
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 9001/13485 standards.
• Proficiency in ANOVA, correlation techniques, and sampling theory.
