What you will do

• Coach, mentor, and motivate a squad of engineers through 1:1s, peer programming, and structured training.
• Lead technical delivery in a high-trust environment using continuous delivery and maintain strong stakeholder alignment.
• Remain technically active by writing code, performing code reviews, and fixing bugs.
• Evaluate and evolve the technical architecture of the infrastructure to align with industry trends.
• Oversee all aspects of people management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior or Staff Software Development role.
• Demonstrated track record of technical leadership and architecting solutions for complex problems.
• Significant experience working on major systems, preferably within a SaaS product environment.
• Experience navigating organizational changes or implementing new operational processes.
