Senior DevEx Engineer (TypeScript/Go): Accelerate engineering velocity and reduce friction in development experience by stewarding codebases, tooling, and workflows in a complex polyglot monorepo with an accent on build/test pipelines, code generation, and AI platform integration. What you will do

• Maintain and evolve codebase structure including TypeScript monorepo, Go services, npm packages, and internal Agentic tooling.
• Own build and test pipelines to minimize build times and improve iteration speed.
• Drive code generation and type-safe interfaces across services (GraphQL, Protocol Buffers, gRPC, OpenAPI).
• Set code quality standards using automation tools like TypeScript, ESLint, Prettier, Go linters, building custom rules.
• Streamline development setup and onboarding experience.
• Partner with platform and AI teams on deployments, infrastructure, tooling, and improving Agent's output.

Requirements

• Experienced software engineer (senior through staff) with track record of improving developer productivity at scale.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Go and/or Nix.
• Expertise in modern build systems and toolchains (Vite, webpack, esbuild, Go build/module system).
• Proficiency with linters, formatters, testing frameworks, and code generation tools.
• Experience managing monorepos or large-scale codebases.

Nice to have

• Experience building self-service developer platforms (CI/CD, infra, tooling).
• Experience with AI-native development workflows (OpenCode, Claude Code, Cursor, custom agent skills).
• Open-source leadership or community contributions.
• Prior tech lead experience.
