Senior 3D Character Artist (Realistic) (Game Art): Creating high-quality realistic character assets, clothing, and facial features for high-end gaming projects with an accent on technical pipeline efficiency and artistic polish. Focus on sculpting realistic anatomy and clothing using Marvelous Designer and ZBrush, and implementing assets in Unreal Engine 5.

What you will do

• Model, sculpt, and texture realistic clothing, facial features, and hairstyles.
• Collaborate with the Art Director and stakeholders to deliver high-quality character assets.
• Iterate on feedback to refine assets to final production quality.
• Contribute constructive input during art-team meetings.
• Push approved concepts to a refined 3D production level.

Requirements

• Expertise in realistic clothing creation using Marvelous Designer, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max or Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, and Substance.
• Deep technical understanding of modern pipelines, clean topology, and polished sculpts.
• English: B1 level required.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.

• Realistic hair creation skills (xGen, manual cards, CG Curve workflows).
