What you will do

• Create props and modular environment kits (architecture) for level art needs.
• Interpret concept art and asset briefs into high-quality 3D environment assets.
• Set up stylized, semi-procedural materials and import assets into the game engine.
• Ensure all assets follow visual direction, scale, and performance budgets.
• Collaborate with level artists to ensure kits are efficient and reusable.
• Optimize and polish existing assets for real-time environments.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of modeling and texturing software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
• Experience with Substance Painter and modern game engines (Unreal, Unity, CryEngine, etc.).
• Strong understanding of modular environment design and stylization principles.
• Ability to create optimized assets for real-time environments.
• English: At least B1 level (spoken and written) required for team communication.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience with Blender is preferred.
