What you will do

• Build and maintain rigs and deformation setups for diverse assets
• Troubleshoot rigging and runtime issues for animation and art teams
• Work within pipelines and contribute to their improvements
• Collaborate with engineers on performance and in-game stability
• Maintain quality under technical constraints
• Implement character setups in Unreal Engine including cloth, physics, and destruction

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in game development or related industry
• Strong rigging principles and deformation techniques
• Experience with DCC tools such as Maya
• Basic scripting (Python preferred)
• Understanding of real-time constraints in game engines
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Effective collaboration abilities
