What you will do

• Develop an AI-powered internal platform for company navigation and context retrieval.
• Design and deploy intelligent agents to automate onboarding, performance alignment, and decision support.
• Integrate LLMs into production for structured reasoning and agentic task execution.
• Build and scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) across 25+ systems.
• Replace generic HRIS and IAM tools with custom AI-native software.
• Collaborate with design, security, and leadership to implement cultural principles into software.

Requirements

• Experience as a Software Engineer with backend or full-stack expertise.
• Proficiency in OOP languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with modern web technologies and React.
• Strong interest in LLMs, agents, and retrieval systems.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in France, Belgium, or Spain.
