What you will do

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of data transport processes for data scientists.
• Perform data transformations to feed predictive models and ensure pipeline-to-model transitions.
• Design scalable data models and lead data architecture initiatives for structured and unstructured data.
• Integrate trained predictive models into applications, systems, and operations.
• Monitor data quality, flow dynamics, and performance; report and adjust infrastructure as needed.
• Use distributed computing for model training and contribute to various data-related projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in data work, coding, scripting, and design; 5 years developing large-scale data systems; 3 years in data modeling and NoSQL/SQL databases.
• Skills in data flow processes, ETL operations, data management systems, large software development, tools like Python/SQL/Bash, ML understanding, Agile.
• Ability to conduct independent research for complex problems.

Nice to have

• Cloud environments (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS).
• Iceberg/Delta formats, COO models, Spark/Scala/PySpark, Flume/NiFi/Kafka, REST APIs, C++/C#/Java/.NET.
• Data-oriented principles, tuning, cleaning, transport, integrity.
