What you will do

• Build and maintain rigs and deformation setups for a wide variety of assets.
• Implement character setup within Unreal Engine, including cloth simulation, physics assets, and destruction systems.
• Support animation and art teams by troubleshooting rigging and runtime issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure in-game performance and stability.
• Contribute to the improvement of established pipelines.
• Maintain asset quality while working within technical constraints.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in game development or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of rigging principles and deformation techniques.
• Proficiency with DCC tools, specifically Maya.
• Basic scripting knowledge, preferably Python.
• Understanding of real-time constraints in game engines.
• English: Strong spoken and written communication skills required.
