What you will do

• Support daily operational needs of the Commercial Department.
• Manage end-to-end customer order flow using BAPS ERP system and maintain order tracking and document libraries.
• Maintain accurate product data across systems for smooth customer experience.
• Act as key point of support in customer communication, coordinating with purchasing, logistics, and finance teams.
• Support internal reporting, project coordination, and marketing implementation.
• Participate in preparation of customer presentations, proposals, and meetings.
• Provide continuity for the Customer Relationship Assistant Manager when unavailable.

Requirements

• Location: Gibraltar
• 1–3 years of experience, preferably in commercial environment with project management or product knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Excellent organization & multitasking, attention to detail.
• Strong IT literacy (Excel, Power BI, MS Project, ERP systems).
• Fluent English; French & Arabic desired.
• Cooperative, flexible, trustworthy, eager to learn, customer-focused.
