What you will do
- Support daily operational needs of the Commercial Department.
- Manage end-to-end customer order flow using BAPS ERP system and maintain order tracking and document libraries.
- Maintain accurate product data across systems for smooth customer experience.
- Act as key point of support in customer communication, coordinating with purchasing, logistics, and finance teams.
- Support internal reporting, project coordination, and marketing implementation.
- Participate in preparation of customer presentations, proposals, and meetings.
- Provide continuity for the Customer Relationship Assistant Manager when unavailable.
Requirements
- Location: Gibraltar
- 1–3 years of experience, preferably in commercial environment with project management or product knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Excellent organization & multitasking, attention to detail.
- Strong IT literacy (Excel, Power BI, MS Project, ERP systems).
- Fluent English; French & Arabic desired.
- Cooperative, flexible, trustworthy, eager to learn, customer-focused.
