What you will do

• Develop and execute cloud & network infrastructure and DevOps roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Oversee cloud operations across Alicloud, AWS, Azure including migration, resource allocation, and cost management.
• Design resilient, scalable architectures for SaaS, IaaS, PaaS and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Optimize cloud networks (VPCs, VPNs, CDNs), implement security frameworks (Zero Trust, encryption), and ensure compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Drive DevOps adoption with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), monitoring (Prometheus, ELK), and DevSecOps.
• Mentor teams, manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and foster cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be available to work remotely from China (Service Region: China)
• Strong experience in Cloud Security (General).
• Expertise in cloud management and architecture (Alicloud, AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of cloud networks, security frameworks, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack) and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Leadership skills for mentoring teams and vendor management.
