Location: Must be permanently located in Germany. Remote work is only available for employees based in Germany.

What you will do

• Engage customers on security products, architectures, and risk topics across the hirify.global Data Platform (VDP).
• Run readiness checks and lead data modeling to validate solution designs and accelerate decision-making.
• Monitor attack surfaces and vulnerabilities using the hirify.global Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM) and telemetry.
• Identify and articulate expansion opportunities by reviewing consumption trends and scheduling checkpoint reviews.
• Collaborate with CISO/CIO stakeholders regarding risk, status, and modernization roadmaps.
• Support Account Executives on security- and AI-driven expansion motions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering architecture for cybersecurity products (e.g., Security Engineer, Cloud Solution Architect, MLOps/ML Engineer).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent.
• Expertise in data security and governance, including DSPM/DLP, and familiarity with AI/ML architectures.
• Proven ability to engage CISO/CIO stakeholders on risk and resilience.
• Must be permanently located in Germany.
