Location: Hybrid; must spend at least four full days each week working in the London office

What you will do

• Own the primary market ecosystem by coordinating creations/redemptions and managing Authorised Participant (AP) relationships.
• Optimize secondary market quality by monitoring spreads, depth, and trading behavior in collaboration with market makers.
• Provide execution intelligence, pre-trade analytics, and advice on optimal trading strategies to clients.
• Act as the technical ETF expert for internal teams and clients, explaining liquidity mechanics and market microstructure.
• Analyze ETF flow dynamics to interpret investor behavior and identify actionable liquidity drivers.
• Develop internal reports and maintain capital markets databases using SQL, Java, and VBA.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the ETF industry or Front Office Buyside equivalent.
• Deep understanding of ETF structure, mechanics of creation & redemption, and financial markets.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and apply insights to daily operations.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with the ETF broker-dealer community.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Java, and VBA for database maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

• Proficiency in Bloomberg.
• IMC Qualification.
