What you will do

• Deliver high-quality labeled data across text, speech, audio, image, and video modalities.
• Perform foundational labeling functions, including dialogue evaluation on speech and text data.
• Analyze root causes and identify error patterns to propose solutions for enhancing labeling quality.
• Identify operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and suggest changes to unblock operations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure customer privacy as a core tenet.

Requirements

• C1+ or equivalent fluency in French language
• Good working knowledge (B2+) in both spoken and written English
• Associate’s Degree or related professional work experience.
• Strong business writing skills and advanced reading comprehension for complex documents.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
• 2-3 years of project coordination or management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
