What you will do

• Analyse operational data from IFS ERP, integrated platforms, and execution functions to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prioritise opportunities against organisational strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Review processes, methods, and tools end-to-end, including hands-on Gemba operational reviews.
• Define and document as-is operational state, articulate target state based on best practices, and visualise the delta.
• Support findings and recommendations with robust data-driven metrics.
• Develop future-state performance frameworks and KPIs.
• Provide ongoing analytical support to Transformation Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on Supply Chain Operations experience in domains like Sales Forecasting, S&OP, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Incoming Goods, Warehousing, Production, or Quality.
• Strong analytical skills for working with data, drawing conclusions, and presenting insights.
• Full professional fluency in English and Swedish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; IFS ERP experience advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, visualisation, and presentation skills.
• High autonomy and willingness to travel to operational sites.
• Pass security vetting; additional citizenship obligations may apply for security clearance.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Operations, Data Intelligence, Engineering, or related; or 10+ years deep operational/analytical experience.
