What you will do

• Lead design, development, and evolution of complex web applications using React, Redux, ES6+, Node.js.
• Own features end-to-end from technical design and architecture to implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Architect scalable systems, design RESTful APIs, and maintain backend services.
• Drive code quality, security, performance improvements, and refactor technical debt.
• Review code, mentor developers, and participate in architectural discussions.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Product, QA teams for CI/CD, requirements refinement, and reliable deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional fullstack development experience building complex customer-facing web apps at scale.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React ecosystem, state management, performance optimization.
• Strong Node.js, REST APIs, service-oriented architectures, MongoDB, Redis, data modeling, caching.
• System design principles, scalability, CI/CD pipelines, TDD/BDD, automated tests, Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, engineering judgment, communication with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership and independent initiative-driving.

Nice to have

• Strong TypeScript expertise.
• Distributed systems or microservices.
• Game development experience.
• CSS methodologies (BEM, OOCSS, SMACSS).
