What you will do

• Analyze and evaluate credit applications to produce responsible and transparent offers.
• Perform AML/KYC checks and manage regulatory documentation.
• Communicate with customers via email, chat, phone, and social media to ensure a top-quality experience.
• Ensure strict adherence to credit policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest and implement improvements to tools and workflows.

Requirements

• Native-level Finnish and fluent English.
• Must be based in Stockholm.
• Experience working with internal tools, multi-step workflows, or case management systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition abilities.
• Motivation to grow and learn within the fintech industry.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech operations, KYC/KYB processes, or quality assurance.
• Knowledge of other core market languages (e.g., Swedish or Norwegian).
