What you will do

• Lead scientific strategies and publication planning, providing oversight for scientifically complex materials across multiple accounts.
• Review all content for scientific accuracy and adherence to client-specific communication platforms and lexicons.
• Develop de novo scientific content, including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and slide decks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic thought partner for both internal teams and external clients.
• Identify and disseminate emerging scientific trends relevant to assigned accounts.
• Support new business development by providing scientific expertise for proposals and pitches.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences: PhD, MD, or PharmD.
• 5+ years of experience within a pharmaceutical and/or medical communications agency.
• Proven experience leading publication-heavy accounts and reviewing content developed by junior writers.
• Strong understanding of product life cycles, competitive landscapes, and the role of publications in medical and commercial strategies.
• Expertise in translating complex scientific data into effective presentation formats.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint for creating high-quality decks.
