What you will do

• Contribute across the entire data spectrum, including analytics, engineering, and science.
• Develop insights to help internal teams focus on the most impactful activities.
• Build data-powered features and tools that directly benefit members.
• Analyze health consumption patterns and product usage.
• Automate the reimbursement process for members.
• Manage and optimize the data infrastructure using SQL, Python, Airflow, Snowflake, and Metabase.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Demonstrated impact during at least one successful professional experience.
• Fluent and clear English, both oral and written.
• Must be located in France (Paris, Marseille, Bordeaux, Biarritz) or Belgium (Brussels).
• Strong listening and communication skills.
