What you will do

• Own and improve the PSD-to-Unity workflow, including import standards and metadata-driven prefab setup.
• Drive 3D asset integration in Unity to ensure consistency and quality across models, materials, and scenes.
• Build and optimize runtime visuals, including URP shaders, materials, and UI effects.
• Support and evolve the UI component library to enable scalable and reusable production.
• Optimize memory, build size, and frame rates using profiling data to guide decisions.
• Create tools and automation to speed up iteration and improve pipeline reliability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Art with Unity, ideally in game production.
• Strong hands-on experience with Unity and C# in production environments.
• Solid experience with both 2D (PSD-based) and 3D asset pipelines.
• Strong understanding of URP, rendering, ShaderLab, HLSL, or CG, and shader debugging.
• Practical experience with profiling and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of texture formats, compression, memory constraints, and build-size trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Experience building or maintaining automated PSD import pipelines.
• Experience with metadata-driven UI workflows.
• Experience shipping mobile or WebGL products under tight performance constraints.
