What you will do

• Maintain the resilience of the hirify.global Custody platform and cryptographic systems in a 24/7 global operation.
• Act as the technical lead for integrations and health monitoring of 3rd party custody partners such as BitGo, Fireblocks, and Fordefi.
• Automate security checks and operational workflows using Python and Bash to eliminate human error.
• Utilize AI and LLMs to optimize scripts and deconstruct system alerts to increase bandwidth.
• Participate in scripted private key management ceremonies and maintain audit-ready documentation (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Collaborate with global Dev and DevOps teams to integrate security throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or technical finance.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Linux, and macOS, with strong command-line troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, PKI, and wallet architectures (MPC, Multi-sig).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strict adherence to operational protocols.
• Fluent English proficiency for collaboration across global time zones.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Experience with HSMs, YubiKeys, or TPMs.
• Familiarity with GCP, Terraform, Docker, or Datadog.
• Prior experience with Fireblocks, BitGo, or Fordefi APIs.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools like GitHub Copilot or Gemini.
