• Spearhead the Art team for flawless execution of visual content.

• Coordinate creation of game builds, character art, backgrounds, and symbols.

• Mentor team members and foster efficiency through conflict resolution.
• Optimize artwork for various platforms within technical constraints.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a lead artist role with proven track record
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse art styles and projects
• Experience with Agile methodologies and multitasking
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Ability to foster collaborative and inclusive team environment
