What you will do

• Maintain financial records for subsidiary companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Manage the customer invoicing and receivable recovery process.
• Draft monthly management accounts and present financial results to management.
• Prepare cashflow reports and rolling forecasts.
• Process monthly VAT recaps and VAT returns.
• Support the preparation of the group budget and necessary documentation for company audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (MQF Level 6) in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent, or currently pursuing an ACCA qualification.
• Minimum of three years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Knowledge of ERP Systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
