What you will do

• Lead a group of engineering managers and squads to deliver high-quality software products.
• Define and drive the technical direction, architecture, and product roadmap.
• Collaborate with product management and QA to ensure products meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Implement and oversee best practices in software development, including agile, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Hire, develop, and mentor top engineering talent and management.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for critical system issues.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical background in Java, JavaScript, or other programming languages.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
• Expertise in agile development methodologies, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore (On-site)
