What you will do

• Design and maintain high-performance applications using C++ and Python to meet strict technical standards.
• Lead the development of desktop frontend interfaces using the Qt framework.
• Implement and optimize communication protocols such as gRPC and REST-API for data flow.
• Own the CI/CD pipeline and Git workflows to ensure rapid deployment and build stability.
• Develop tools for 3D facial animation, managing large binary blobs and live video streams.
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira and Confluence for documentation and tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in C++ and Python development.
• Proven track record of developing desktop applications using the Qt framework.
• Deep familiarity with Linux environments, including shell scripting and system troubleshooting.
• Experience with gRPC, REST-API, and multi-tenant environments managing large binary datasets.
• Knowledge of linear blend skinning, Blendshapes, and Morph Targets for facial rigs.
• Experience with OpenCV or TensorFlow/PyTorch for detecting facial landmarks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes within a Linux ecosystem.
• Experience conducting peer code reviews and onboarding new team members.
