Location: Hybrid or On-site in Warsaw, Poland (minimum 3 days/week in office). Relocation is required.

Salary: 21 700 – 32 500 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Monitor and analyze legislative developments and policy trends critical to the video games industry in Europe and North America.
• Develop a comprehensive public policy strategy and external advocacy programs to drive regulatory changes.
• Represent the company externally by engaging with key policymakers and government officials.
• Collaborate with communications, product, and executive teams to create narratives that support business goals.
• Draft briefing papers and consultation responses to articulate the company's public policy positions.
• Partner with trade groups and external stakeholders to align and advance industry-wide policy positions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience working with governments, think tanks, or corporate public policy organizations.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Polish.
• Proven track record of successful execution and strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• High level of ethical conduct and integrity.
• Self-directed approach to defining work processes.

Nice to have

• Expertise in the video games, creative, or tech sectors.
• Knowledge of IP, privacy, consumer protection, and online safety policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Media, or Public Policy.
