Salary: 21 700 β 32 500 PLN gross monthly

What you will do
- Monitor and analyze legislative developments and policy trends critical to the video games industry in Europe and North America.
- Develop a comprehensive public policy strategy and external advocacy programs to drive regulatory changes.
- Represent the company externally by engaging with key policymakers and government officials.
- Collaborate with communications, product, and executive teams to create narratives that support business goals.
- Draft briefing papers and consultation responses to articulate the company's public policy positions.
- Partner with trade groups and external stakeholders to align and advance industry-wide policy positions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience working with governments, think tanks, or corporate public policy organizations.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Polish.
- Proven track record of successful execution and strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- High level of ethical conduct and integrity.
- Self-directed approach to defining work processes.
Nice to have
- Expertise in the video games, creative, or tech sectors.
- Knowledge of IP, privacy, consumer protection, and online safety policies.
- Bachelorβs degree in Law, Political Science, Media, or Public Policy.
