What you will do

• Act as the official point of contact for the Public Services and Procurement Canada's (PSPC) Contract Security Program (CSP).
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations for handling classified information.
• Oversee security screening and coordinate reliability/secret clearances for staff and visitors.
• Enforce access controls and secure storage/transmission protocols for classified materials.
• Manage security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training for cleared personnel.
• Liaise with government agencies during audits and collaborate with legal teams on contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Canadian citizenship and current residency in Canada.
• 5+ years of experience in security operations, preferably in industrial or government security.
• Valid security clearance (Top Secret or higher preferred).
• Familiarity with CSP/PSPC frameworks.
