Marketing Intern

TL;DR

Location: Must be located near the downtown Franklin office; this is a full-time, in-office position

What you will do

• Develop and write content for social media and assist with campaign execution.
• Conduct competitive analysis and track market trends to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor competitor messaging and positioning to identify potential opportunities.
• Update and manage data within CRM systems to support marketing analytics and outreach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

Requirements

• Current college or grad student (graduating 2025–2026) pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Must be located near the downtown Franklin office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
• Strong academic performance and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and self-confidence.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Proven history of collegiate-level leadership, such as membership in a campus club or society.
