What you will do

• Manage a brand portfolio across APAC, EMEA, and North America to define target audiences.
• Develop detailed buyer personas and conduct comprehensive competitor analysis.
• Design and implement data strategies to improve the quality and quantity of market data.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to support data acquisition and quality.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns via email and social media to generate inbound leads.
• Collaborate with sales and content teams to refine market research and audience targeting.

Requirements

• Recognized degree or diploma, preferably in Marketing.
• Demonstrable experience in lead generation or market research.
• Must be based in Cape Town for this in-person role.
• Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a distinct advantage.
• 1-2 years of practical marketing experience is considered an advantage.
