What you will do
- Manage a brand portfolio across APAC, EMEA, and North America to define target audiences.
- Develop detailed buyer personas and conduct comprehensive competitor analysis.
- Design and implement data strategies to improve the quality and quantity of market data.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to support data acquisition and quality.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns via email and social media to generate inbound leads.
- Collaborate with sales and content teams to refine market research and audience targeting.
Requirements
- Recognized degree or diploma, preferably in Marketing.
- Demonstrable experience in lead generation or market research.
- Must be based in Cape Town for this in-person role.
- Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is a distinct advantage.
- 1-2 years of practical marketing experience is considered an advantage.
