What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, multi-tenant software architectures optimized for cloud delivery and high availability.
• Drive technical roadmapping and project estimation to ensure identity solutions scale to global demand.
• Act as the primary technical authority for the cloud stack, mentoring engineers and monitoring trends in eIDAS 2.0 and OpenID standards.
• Oversee platform deployment, operation, and monitoring while hardening CI/CD processes and security.
• Lead architectural integration and provide high-level technical support for complex SaaS migrations for international organizations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building and scaling secure, high-traffic B2B SaaS products using modern web technologies.
• Expert proficiency in Kotlin and Spring with deep understanding of reactive programming and microservices.
• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker for managing cost, performance, and security.
• Experience with or strong desire to master Verifiable Credentials (VCs), OpenID Connect (OIDC/SIOP), and the eIDAS 2.0 framework.
• Fluent English is required; proficient German (B2+) is a plus.
• Must be located in Germany.

• Familiarity with payment systems (e.g., SCA, EMVCo) and related protocols.
