What you will do

• Lead and develop the UK Banking Operations function to ensure operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain relationships with UK and international correspondent banks.
• Ensure the safeguarding of client funds in accordance with FCA requirements and internal policies.
• Oversee reconciliation processes and coordinate accurate accounting of balances with the Finance department.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Compliance, AML, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure all obligations are fulfilled.
• Monitor liquidity and account balances to ensure uninterrupted payment execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in payments, banking operations, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks (FCA, PSRs, safeguarding, operational resilience).
• Experience managing teams and operational processes in a regulated environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in London for on-site work.
