What you will do

• Solve advanced hardware-related issues with servers and GPU clusters through in-depth troubleshooting.
• Handle L1/L2 support tasks via the ticketing system and execute required workarounds.
• Collaborate with the Technical Project Manager to implement new infrastructure components on production sites.
• Oversee activities and deliverables of 3rd party contractors during project implementation.
• Create and update processes and documentation for the IT hardware team.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and support tasks.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of data center environments and server equipment.
• Advanced practical experience in IT hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency with Unix/Linux operating systems and the command line.
• Basic understanding of Project Management tools (JIRA, Gantt charts) and methodologies.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Must be based in Israel.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting.
• Proven project management experience within the IT Infrastructure domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Valid Type B driving license.
