What you will do

• Lead the Growth Marketing team, translating company goals into actionable plans across paid and organic channels.
• Allocate budgets across paid UA, ASO, and influencer programs to maximize LTV efficiency across the portfolio.
• Define strategic direction for paid growth (channel mix, bid frameworks) and organic growth (ASO strategy, platform partnerships).
• Collaborate with Apple and Google to secure featuring opportunities and access to premium tools.
• Partner with Analytics for LTV forecasting and growth funnel reporting using a shared measurement framework.
• Manage and develop team leads and senior specialists, overseeing team structure and staffing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in mobile growth or user acquisition.
• 4+ years in a senior leadership role with direct accountability for both paid and organic channels.
• Deep expertise in mobile measurement: MMP configuration, SKAdNetwork, iOS ATT, and LTV modelling.
• Demonstrated success in delivering portfolio-level growth targets across multiple titles and lifecycle stages.
• Proven ability to lead other leads and build team capability and succession plans.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
