Senior Software Engineer (C++/C#)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy features for the Vantage platform, including OCR pipelines and AI skill management.
• Write clean, maintainable code and champion engineering best practices through active participation in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and ML engineers to translate requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Identify and implement improvements to services and tooling to reduce technical debt and increase velocity.
• Monitor the health of cloud services and investigate and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in C# .NET and C++, with a willingness to work in both languages.
• Proven experience operating CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed system design at enterprise scale.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (AKS, Storage, Key Vaults, Azure SQL).
• Hands-on experience with workflow-driven systems (orchestration and state management).
• Experience integrating Machine Learning, Neural Networks, or LLMs into enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with OCR, NLP, and computer vision technologies.
