What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Go.
• Optimize existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Participate in the architecture of complex backend services.
• Collaborate with various teams including CRM, Customer Care, and Origination Delivery for successful task implementation.
• Automate routine processes to enhance daily development workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering with Golang.
• English: B1 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.
• Location: Must be able to work remotely within GMT-0 to GMT+5 time zones.
• Strong proficiency in the tech stack: AWS, EKS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, and Redis.
• Experience writing high-quality tests and a responsible approach to code quality.
• Genuine interest in AI pipelines and active use of mainstream AI tools.
