What you will do

• Own the entire technical vision and execution as the founding technical hire.
• Build an AI-powered diagnostic and recommendation engine for client acquisition.
• Develop integrations with SMB platforms such as Toast, Square, Mindbody, QuickBooks, and HubSpot.
• Implement an AI agent stack using Claude API and Clay.
• Create a client-facing portal for ongoing optimization and reporting.
• Lead technical hiring as the company scales toward $3M+ revenue.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience shipping real SaaS products.
• AI-native workflow utilizing Cursor and Claude API as daily tools.
• Proven experience leading small teams with a focus on business outcomes.
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and act as a co-builder.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a founding engineer or technical co-founder.
• Experience in consulting, agencies, or client-facing technical work.
