What you will do

  • Serve as primary escalation point for customer issues and production incidents, owning investigation, coordination, and resolution including root cause analysis.
  • Lead system integration validation in customer environments, defining end-to-end scenarios with failure and recovery paths.
  • Define and execute test strategies, plans, functional, integration, and regression testing with full traceability to requirements.
  • Provide technical quality leadership across projects, ensuring timelines, standards, and customer readiness are met.
  • Coordinate with global engineering, support, operations teams, and third-party vendors across time zones.
  • Maintain documentation for requirements, test plans, reports, defect analysis, and release readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 6+ years’ experience in software testing, including complex systems and integration testing.
  • Proven technical leadership in software delivery, system integration, or customer support.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, defect management, and production support operations.
  • ISTQB Advanced Level (or equivalent) certification.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
