What you will do
- Plan and manage social content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Develop content concepts, write captions, and collaborate with design teams on static and video assets.
- Build and manage online communities and act as the primary point of contact for fans.
- Develop and optimize integrated media strategies, managing budgets and monitoring performance (CPM, CPC, ROI).
- Ensure all activities align with brand guidelines and provide consistent brand solutions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management.
- Experience in online and offline media buying.
- Hands-on proficiency with FB, IG, YouTube, TikTok, and LINE Official Account.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing language and brand communication.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Nice to have
- Experience using social listening tools.
- Understanding of the content production process.
