What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs and release lifecycles from initiation through successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain structured program and release plans to ensure transparency and predictability.
• Monitor execution, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation plans.
• Provide clear status updates, dashboards, and reports to stakeholders.
• Optimize operational processes and drive data-informed decision-making by defining and monitoring KPIs.
• Act as an Agile champion and coach, fostering accountability and continuous improvement within scrum teams.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a Program, Project, or Release Manager in a software/R&D environment.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models.
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and an Agile mindset.
• Proven ability to lead without authority and work effectively with limited supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Background in an R&D role, such as Developer or QA.
• Experience managing release processes in complex, multi-team environments.
• Jira administration or advanced Jira reporting experience.
