What you will do

  • Produce end-to-end technical video tutorials and walkthroughs for the knowledge base.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, step-by-step scripts with strong hooks and recaps.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy of content.
  • Manage digital content on platforms like YouTube and Vimeo using SEO best practices.
  • Develop content strategies to drive customer self-service and reduce support contacts.
  • Create and optimize content designed for both human users and AI-driven tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in planning and producing instructional or tutorial video content.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Camtasia.
  • Strong technical writing skills for simplifying complex instructions into jargon-free language.
  • Ability to produce both short-form and long-form video content across multiple platforms.
  • Must be based in Cebu, Philippines.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a technical hosting or email environment.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects.
  • Familiarity with YouTube content structure and discoverability best practices.
