What you will do

• Own the platform: design, evolve, and drive the roadmap for a secure, scalable ecosystem supporting retail and corporate functions.
• Empower development teams with self-service capabilities and automation to accelerate daily work.
• Research new tools, implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and promote platform engineering best practices.
• Ensure systems meet security, availability, regulatory compliance, and player safety standards.

Requirements

• English: B2+ to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Automator mindset: script and automate to avoid manual repetition.
• Linux & container native: comfortable in shell, understand Docker and containerization.
• Bridge builder: balance Ops (stability, security) and Dev (velocity, features).
• Value quality: clean code, solid documentation, resilient systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with core stack: Python or .NET, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, NServiceBus, Ansible, GitLab CI, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Keycloak, Vault.
