What you will do

• Build and maintain full-stack features using Next.js, React, and NestJS
• Design and develop APIs with validation, error handling, and documentation
• Create responsive, accessible UIs using React, Tailwind CSS, and component libraries
• Own complex workflows like appointment scheduling, patient portals, and integrations
• Contribute to architecture decisions, best practices, and mentor engineers via code reviews
• Integrate with third-party systems including EHRs, payment providers, and ensure HIPAA compliance

Requirements

• Proficient in English
• 5+ years in full-stack software engineering
• Strong TypeScript proficiency across frontend and backend
• Strong React experience (Next.js preferred)
• Node.js backend frameworks (NestJS, Express or similar)
• PostgreSQL and ORMs (TypeORM or similar)
• Building and shipping complex user-facing features end-to-end
• Form handling (React Hook Form, Formik) and validation (Zod, Yup)
• Mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives
• Building scalable, reliable systems
