What you will do

• Act as key legal contact for KSA, coordinating license maintenance and regulatory notifications.
• Manage end-to-end statutory obligations, litigations, and KSA feedback.
• Monitor Dutch gambling market developments and advise on commercial initiatives and projects.
• Support internal stakeholders in implementing KSA expectations into processes.
• Provide legal governance for customer support, player complaints, KYC, and responsible gaming.
• Create and update internal guidelines for Dutch market teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Dutch law with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Solution- and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to perform in-depth and creative legal analysis
• Strong team spirit with autonomy
• Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online communication software
