What you will do

• Build and maintain custom WordPress themes using ACF flexible content blocks for modular page architecture.
• Develop and QA conversion-focused landing pages for paid ad campaigns, ensuring CRM connectivity and proper tracking.
• Configure lead magnet tools including Typeform quizzes, chatbots, and funnels.
• Manage integrations between websites, CRMs, and marketing platforms using webhooks, APIs, and Zapier.
• Implement pixels, UTM structures, and conversion tracking in coordination with performance marketing teams.
• Translate Figma comps into clean, responsive WordPress builds and optimize sites using Gutenberg, Elementor, or Divi.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building custom WordPress themes with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
• 3+ years of experience working with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with popular page builders (Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, WPBakery).
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate development workflows and problem-solving.
• Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and working with Figma/Adobe products.

Nice to have

• Experience with Laravel.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with Unbounce or ClickFunnels.
• Basic design skills and copywriting ability.
