What you will do

• Define innovative circuit architectures to meet product requirements for microcontrollers (MCUs).
• Own the implementation, simulation, layout, and validation of analog IPs, including ADC, DAC, and clock generators (PLL, oscillators).
• Lead design reviews and create comprehensive design documentation to support productization.
• Guide and review layout implementations to ensure post-layout circuits meet all specifications.
• Support productization through characterization, production testing, and life testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electronic/electrical engineering (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of product development experience.
• Proven experience in IP areas such as ADC, DAC, PLL, Oscillators, References, LDO, DC-DC, amplifiers, or filters.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience creating and using behavioral models (AMS, DMS, Matlab, System-C or equivalent).
