What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process independently to identify the right talent for various business areas.
• Define and execute appropriate recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on all talent acquisition topics.
• Continuously optimize recruiting operations to ensure an excellent candidate journey.
• Advise business units on optimizing job advertisements and selecting effective recruiting channels.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or a comparable professional qualification.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in recruiting, either in-house or in an agency.
• Experience managing vacancies across different seniority levels in dynamic environments.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, specifically SuccessFactors.
• Fluency in English is required.
