Lead Enterprise Architect

TL;DR

Lead Enterprise Architect (DevSecOps): Develop and communicate strategic IT systems architecture integrating DevSecOps principles for agility, reliability, and scalability with an accent on cloud infrastructure, security, automation, and enterprise frameworks. Focus on designing secure resilient systems, providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, and ensuring compliance with standards like NIST, OWASP, and GDPR.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in Turin, Italy (ITA - Turin, Via Pianezza). Quarterly domestic and international travel required. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

What you will do

• Develop systems architectures using logical models and produce detailed component specifications and designs.
• Provide technical advice on system development, integration, and ensure adherence to strategies, policies, standards, and security practices.
• Define and communicate strategic IT architecture vision incorporating DevSecOps for enhanced agility, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with architects organization-wide to align initiatives, share best practices, and drive consistent architecture design.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, fostering collaboration, learning, and adoption of best practices.
• Implement security controls, ensure DevSecOps compliance, and recommend structures meeting business needs, performance, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Enterprise Architecture, 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven Enterprise Architect experience focused on DevSecOps, designing secure, resilient, scalable systems.
• In-depth knowledge of EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), DevSecOps principles, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with security controls and compliance (NIST CSF, OWASP, CIS Benchmarks, FedRamp, GDPR).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• TOGAF or DevSecOps certifications.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Domain experience in tax, health, legal, governance, risk, or finance.
• AWS/Azure Certified Solution Architect, information security, networking certifications.
