• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on complex electronic and mechatronic systems returned from customers or manufacturing.

• Define and implement containment actions to manage non-conforming products and maintain production flow.
• Translate analysis findings into actionable improvements for future product development and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc or BEng) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical mindset and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
