What you will do

• Research and evaluate new AI models, techniques, and architectures.
• Develop AI prototypes including agents, RAG systems, and vision-based solutions.
• Design, run, and analyze experiments with clear documentation of results.
• Transform successful prototypes into production-ready features in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Deploy and test AI models on edge devices such as NVIDIA Jetson.
• Analyze research papers to extract insights and contribute to the technical roadmap.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI development.
• Strong understanding of transformer-based architectures and AI/ML fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and FastAPI.
• Experience with AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with model optimization (quantization, ONNX, TensorRT).
• Experience with NVIDIA Jetson, CUDA, JetPack, or DeepStream.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Basic frontend tools for demos (Streamlit, Gradio, React).
